FAQ

What is the Emotion Code?

The Emotion Code is a modality focused on identifying and releasing unresolved emotions from past experiences that may become trapped in the body and contribute to physical discomfort and emotional challenges. By clearing these imprints, it aims to ease emotional wounds, support healthier relationships, and reduce patterns of self-sabotage—helping create more space for balanced, intentional living.

What is Integrative Processing Technique?

The Integrative Processing Technique (IPT) is a 4-step process that utilizes behavioral kinesiology and the intelligence of the body to identify the age of origination where past unresolved trauma needs to be addressed. IPT is a blend of many modalities, including behavioral kinesiology, guided imagery, role play, inner child work, visualization, and psycho-neuro immunology. IPT is organized in such a way that it assists the client in working through and releasing toxic emotions and outdated belief systems.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands. Each session is intuitively guided, using this energy to support physical, mental, and spiritual healing while helping to align the body’s energy centers and release patterns that are no longer serving you.

How soon will I see results?

Everyone experiences results differently, but most people notice some type of shift after their first session. Depending on the modality and the individual, these changes may feel subtle or significant, and can show up mentally, emotionally, or physically.

Because each person’s healing process is unique, the results may not always appear in the way you expect. We encourage clients to stay open and aware of any differences they notice after a session. In general, the effects tend to deepen and become more noticeable with continued sessions over time.
